The item must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

delivery to initiate the return process.
Provide a reason for the return and include your order number.
Our customer service team will contact you and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with
the return.
Once we receive the returned item, the product will go through a quality check, if it clears, we
will process a refund, as per your request.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item after careful
inspection.
Refunds will be issued after deducting Rs. 150/- from the Sale Price of the item to cover the
shipping and related costs.
Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges as of now. All sales
are final, and we only provide refunds for eligible returns.
